We understand that you want your items immediately and we do everything to ensure that orders are processed and ready for shipment as soon as possible. We encourage our customers to contact us if they need an item expedited, or if they would like an estimated date of when a specific item(s) can be shipped. Please allow extra time for all orders around a holiday season. Items in stock will be shipped via USPS, unless the package is unusually large, in which case we will use FedEx Ground or UPS Ground as the carrier.
SHIPPING NOTE:
Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
And, in these days of inflation every time you turn around (it seems!), I will be absorbing part of your shipping costs. The new shipping rates for you will be a flat $6.95 for Arizona addresses, and a flat $8.95 for out of state orders. I hope that helps you a bit.
Please note: The "store pickup" option on your checkout page is for customers who would like to place their order online, and pick up at the weekly farmer's market (please see the "Farmer's Markets" page for details on hours and location). I do need at least two days notice for pickup orders, so that I have time to put your order together for you!
We do not have a "brick and mortar" store that you can visit.
NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
I'm so sorry, but the high cost of shipping renders international sales rather impractical. We ship only to the United States. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
If you ever travel to Arizona, though, please do stop by one of my farmer's markets! I would love to meet you... and handmade soap is a very packable gift to bring back to friends and family!

Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase from LittleMamaProducts.com, simply return your unused merchandise - in its original packaging - to us within 15 days and we will happily exchange your merchandise or offer you a store credit. We do not issue refunds. All sales on custom orders are final. We reserve the right to determine if a product has been used. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number before you return your merchandise. When returning your merchandise, we suggest you use a method that will provide you with a tracking number.
