Pine Tar Soap

For years, I have heard about good old-fashioned pine tar soap, and how amazing it is for troubled skin (rashes, psoriasis, eczema). I finally got around to making a batch, and oh my GOODNESS, there really is something to this! I loooove this soap. I added organic colloidal oats to it, for extra gentleness, and it is now my favorite hand soap. It has that very earthy scent of pine tar, augmented with a bit of fir and pine essential oils, and my hands smell so fresh and clean after washing, and they feel so good.
I have read reports of people using this soap for treating dandruff, but I have no personal experience with that application.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of lard, pine tar, olive, palm kernel, coconut & babassu; fir and pine essential oils, organic colloidal oats, sodium lactate and Vitamin E.
